1. Advanced "Unbreakable" Plate Technology
- Food-Grade Polypropylene Plates: Unlike traditional cast iron plates that are prone to rusting and cracking, our plates are made from unbreakable, food-grade plastic. This ensures your oil remains free from metallic contamination and your plates never need replacing due to breakage.
- Corrosion-Free Operation: Because our plates do not rust, your filtered oil maintains its natural quality, colour, and taste, meeting the highest food safety standards.
- Easy-Glide SS Sheet Integration: We have applied new Stainless Steel (SS) sheets to the side plates. This innovative feature allows the plates to slide easily along the frame, making the cleaning and adjustment process effortless.
2. Heavy-Duty Structural Build
- Reinforced MS Body: The entire filter structure is fabricated from Heavy-Duty Mild Steel (MS), providing a rigid and stable frame that can withstand high-pressure filtration cycles without warping.
- Exclusive Heavy-Duty Stand: We provide a dedicated, high-strength MS stand as a standard feature—a critical component that many competitors omit. This ensures the filter is positioned at the perfect ergonomic height for the operator.

- Stainless Steel (SS) Oil Tray: The final filtered oil is collected in a high-grade Stainless Steel tray. This prevents any secondary contamination and gives the machine a professional, clean look that builds trust with your customers.
- Dual-Sided Filtration Logic: To maximize efficiency, our system is designed for dual-side usage. The last two plates feature two-side taps, allowing for more flexible oil flow management based on your mill's requirements.
